The Grand Star Cattle Company, established 2001, in Grimes County, Texas, in conjunction with the Grand Slam Cattle Company, established 1989, Leon County, Texas, has been in the business of raising and providing for sale, purebred Santa Gertrudis Cattle. Between the two ranches we usually run around one hundred mother cows and try to have both spring and fall calves available for sale.
Replacement heifers, herd bulls, and show heifers (baby-doll heifers).

GSCC day rate includes tables with cloth covers, chairs, 1flip chart pad, easel & markers, pitchers of ice water, glasses and table candies. Room is equipped for music if desired.
Extra charges are per day:

OPTIONS
Delegate package per person: $ 35.00
Includes for each participant, writing pad, pencil, coffee, tea, soft drinks, juices, bottled water, continental breakfast, lunch and snacks.
Continental breakfast consists of coffee, tea, fruit drinks, morning breads and fruit. Hot food may be added for an additional charge.
Lunch consists of entree, 2 vegetables (one may be a salad), lunch breads, drink and dessert.
Evening meals are not a part of the delegate package but special arrangements can be made. Whether you want hot dogs campfire style or thick steaks hot off the grill, we can help you plan for the event.

Located just an hour northwest of Houston Intercontinental Airport (IAH), we offer a professional, yet comfortable setting for your next wedding, retreat, reunion or memorable event. The Grand Star Conference Center is on the Grand Star Cattle Company Ranch. This property is a 176 acre working cattle ranch that specializes in purebred Santa Gertrudis Cattle.
On the ranch we have the main house, conference center and the BBQ barn, an outdoor cooking and eating area. The house offers four guest bedrooms in total. Each is nicely appointed, relaxing and offers the best in bed & breakfast style comfort in the country surroundings.
The Grand Star Conference Center (GSCC) is ideal for small groups of 4 to 24, but has accommodated groups, (classroom style) of up to 60 people. The GSCC overlooks 1 of the 4 fishing lakes from the patio deck area. The GSCC is ADA accessible.
